If you have a heart that beats strongly inside you, then you must have felt something about Lamborghini’s €2.1 million Aventador J Speedster that was presented at this year’s Geneva motor show.
However, wanting and being able to obtain the roofless Aventador J Speedster are two different things. Even if you could afford it, Lamborghini only built one specimen that was sold to an unnamed buyer even before we laid our eyes on the car.
In the case you fell in love with the styling details of the Aventador J Speedster, German design and tuning house DMC just may be able to help you out with a new limited package that imitates the looks of the one-off model on the Aventador coupe while also adding an even more powerful punch under the hood.
DMC’s Aventador LP900 SV kit is restricted to 10 sets worldwide, with the company stating that it will hand-pick all customers.
“Money is not the issue for our clients”, says Thorsten Grebers, Marketing Manager at DMC Germany. “This is a kit that you can’t get by using your credit card.”
The company added: “Applications will be carefully scrutinized by DMC, and only approved if the car, the location, the owner and the color match DMC’s “10 of 10″ criteria. Each of the kits will only be available in one shade or body finish, no two DMC SV will be the same.”
What these 10 customers will get is a styling package comprising of a brand new and more sharply designed front bumper with a protruding spoiler and canards, side skirts with diffuser panels, a new rear bumper with a spoiler and a diffuser, plus a huge rear wing. All parts are made out of carbon fiber.
A new set of black alloy wheels complete the Aventador LP900 SV’s wilder looks.
The extensive performance program includes DMC’s LP900 kit that boosts the V12 engine’s output from 700PS (691hp) to 900PS (888hp), while the German tuner also offers a selection of upgrades and personalization options for the interior.
