The next generation of the Toyota Highlander is the latest new vehicle to be confirmed as a world premiere at the upcoming 2013 New York International Auto Show that opens for the press and, let’s not forget, your online viewing pleasure, as well, on March 27.
So, did Toyota share anything else with us on the new Highlander? Well, aside from telling us that the mid-size SUV will be marketed as a 2014 model, the Japanese carmaker had nothing more to say or show, for that matter.
It’s hard to tell with all the camouflage, but from recent spy pictures, it looks like one of the focus points of the redesigned, three-row model will be the extra-large front grille and to a lesser extent, the more rakish windshield.
We’ll likely get to learn more about the 2014 Highlander before its debut in New York, so stay tuned.
