Carscoops reader Felipe R. tipped us off about a new video purportedly filmed at the back of a Mercedes-Benz factory in Germany (possibly the Sindelfingen plant that builds the company’s flagship saloon), showing a fleet of lightly covered up W222 S-Class sedans.
Before we let you take a look at the short clip, allow us to remind you that besides the first official exterior photo of the 2014 S-Class that was uploaded on a Mercedes-Benz webpage and imagery of the interior that was released by the company itself, we also know that the brand’s Audi A8, BMW 7-Series and Lexus LS fighter will make its world premiere during a special event on May 15.
The presentation of the regular and long-wheelbase versions of the new S-Class, will be followed up within the next couple of years by several different body-styles, including an extra-long wheelbase model, the uber-luxurious Pullman edition, the S-Class Coupe and the S-Class Convertible.
Shout out to Felipe for the video tip!
