There are showoffs who demonstrate their driving skills in the correct environment and there are showoffs who simply tell the world that they shouldn’t be allowed to sit behind the wheel of any car, let alone a tuned Corvette C5 Coupe.
You won’t need more than a few seconds to figure out which of the two applies to the man wearing the Corvette-jacket [sic] in the following video.
The driver exits a parking and enters a public road spinning the ‘Vette around itself almost hitting the camera man. What he didn’t manage to do the first time, he succeeded in his second effort when he bumped the C5’s rear quarters into a blue pickup truck coming from the opposite side of the road.
And as a true gentleman, he pressed the pedal to the metal and made a quick getaway…
