About two months before the facelifted for 2013 Skoda Superb liftback and Estate models go on sale in the United Kingdom on 17 July, the Czech automaker released pricing for its flagship model that starts from £18,555 (OTR) for the 1.4-litre TSI 123hp (125PS) S hatch and tops out at £34,430 for the 256hp (260PS) 3.6-liter V6 Estate with AWD and a DSG transmission.
Compared to the outgoing model, prices have increased between £435 and £915.
The changes for the new model year range from some cosmetic tweaks to both the front and rear ends, new wheels and colors, fresh trims for the interior and improvements to certain engines that are up to 19 percent more economical than the previous generation units.
Talking about the available powerplants, the Superb will be offered in the UK with six engine options, including three petrol and six diesel units. The most fuel efficient version is the 1.6-liter TDI (diesel) Greenline III hatch, which returns 67.2 mpg UK (4.2 l/100km).
