What would you do if you happened to crash not any car, but a 1924 Bugatti T13 reportedly costing somewhere north of £250,000 (over US$390,000 / €295,000) during a race? Well, we’ll have to assume that most people would check to see if they’re okay first, and then start pulling their hair upon looking at the damage they caused to such a rare automobile.

Bugatti enthusiast and owner of a T13 Edmund Burgess, did the first thing, but once he made sure that he was fine in health, he headed straight to the bar for a refreshing pint of beer, the Huffingtonpost reported.

The accident, which was caught on camera, took place on Sunday, June 2, in Gloucestershire, while the 56-year old driver was competing in the Prescott Speed Hill Climb. Burgess said that he hopes to repair the Bugatti and get back behind the wheel within the next two months.
