YouTube author Jessica Breuer captured the road-rage fight on film. This is what she wrote about the incident: “Two men in ties fighting in the street. The guy with the short hair flew out of his car and started beating the crap out of the other guy.”
As revealed by the KTLA5 news station, the taller man in the Volkswagen Beetle is attorney Randalf Kincaid, while the BMW 5-Series (for what it’s worth, it looks like an M Sport package model not an M5) driver is a retired Los Angeles Police Department officer (his name was not released).
We don’t see what happened next, but according to the news report, the retired cop placed Kincaid under citizen’s arrest and detained him until police arrived. The lawyer was taken in on suspicion of battery. Something tells us this incident is far from over…
