Do you want to see how it’s like to participate in the Gumball 3000 rally? Well, watching the following video may be the closest thing to actually being there during the event.

YouTube user Schmee150 followed the House Cartu team throughout the entire rally, starting from Copenhagen, Denmark, to Monaco, via Scandinavia, Sankt Petersburg and Eastern Europe. The 72-minute long (yes, you’ll need a bag of popcorn and the appropriate drinks) video covers the entire trip from the Copenhagen start to the Monte Carlo finish.

Although focused on the adventures of the House Cartu team, which entered a Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, a Ferrari 458 Spider and a Rolls-Royce Phantom, the video manages to capture the atmosphere of one of the most unconventional rallies in the world – if we can call a rally a crazy competition held on public roads through traffic.

The video has it all: the crazy overtaking maneuvers, speeding tickets, people’s enthusiasm at the sight of supercars (especially children’s) and much more.

So, without further ado, scroll down to see the glitz and glamour of the 2013 Gumball 3000 Rally. Oh, and one more thing – if you’re wondering how the filmmaker kept up with the competitors on the road, it’s because he was driving his personal Audi R8 V10 Spyder.
