Sadly, the automotive fest that is the Goodwood Festival of Speed has passed into the history books on Sunday, but on the bright side, we still have many things to share with you from the event that celebrated its 20th anniversary this year, including a number of videos from the hill climb.
Talking about anniversaries, Porsche marked the 911’s 50th birthday at Goodwood with a special parade of cars from the 1960s to the present day. The German carmaker also brought along a pre-production version of its spanking new hybrid supercar, the 918 Spyder that took part in the Michelin Supercar Run.
McLaren did the same with its new hybrid exotic, the new 900+ HP P1, while another new interesting model, albeit in concept form, was the Jaguar Project 7 single-seat track racer.
In our selection of videos below you will also find the monstrous Peugeot 405 Pikes Peak from the 1989 ‘Climb dance’ film, the 650 bhp, 200+ mph (320+km/h) Cosworth F1 powered Ford Transit Supervan 3 and Lewis Hamilton in his Mercedes MGP W02 Formula One car.
