I don’t know about you, but If I drove my car up to a road crossing under a bridge and it was flooded with knee-height water, I would just stop, turn around and take my time-losses on the street.
Of course, you could do as these Russian drivers did when they were confronted with the aforementioned scenario and roll the dice on whether you’ll be fishing for your front bumper, pushing your car or being lucky and making it across the artificial river dry and in one piece.
