We don’t know about all you gents reading this piece, but something tells us that the idea of matching ones clothing to their rides has most certainly crossed the minds of plenty of female readers.
Who knows what automakers have in store for us in the future (changing colors at the touch of a button sounds like a good idea), but for now, if you don’t want to change your clothes, you’ll have to either paint or wrap your car. New York-based fashion designer Mara Hoffman did the latter to match a 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Convertible to her fashion line as part of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim.
“It was a dream come true to see one of my designed prints as the paint finish on a Mercedes-Benz convertible,” said Hoffman. “I am sincerely honored to have been selected as the ‘Mercedes-Benz Presents’ designer and I cannot wait to kick off all of the festivities this season has in store.”
The German carmaker stated in a release that the specially wrapped E-Class Cabriolet “will be stopping by South Beach hot spots to give out invitations to runway shows at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim” at The Raleigh Hotel in Miami Beach, so if you see it stopping in front of you, don’t freak out…
