With super luxury brands like Bentley, you don’t only pay for the car itself, but for the entire experience of owning one of the brand’s premium products as well.
To give us mere mortals a little of taste of what goes on behind the curtains when a customer’s car arrives in the shop, Bentley of Belgium shared these photos of a brand-new Flying Spur sedan before it’s handed over to its new owner.
“This is how your Bentley arrives…,” said the company on its Facebook page. “All wrapped up in his full body cover. We apply the procedures and check the condition of the car very carefully. During one full hour, we are occupied with the inspections.”
With the entire car carefully wrapped from top to bottom, inside and out, the Flying Spur resembles a manufacturer prototype (or a Baci chocolate ball, depending on your affiliation with the auto industry).
In the U.S., the price of a new Flying Spur, which is a sedan derivative of the updated Bentley Continental series, starts at $200,500.
