When it comes to high-powered performance sports cars racing in the rain (aquaplaning), if you lose it, you lose it, and sans the ultra-rare scenario when all the stars align together to help you out in the luckiest of ways, a crash is highly likely and no electronics or advanced all-wheel drive systems can save you or your ride.
This recently happened to an unidentified female driver of a Nissan GT-R during the Unlimited 500+ drag race event in Moscow. The crash was chillingly scary as the Japanese sports car hit the metal safety bars on the track head on sending it in a continuous spin until it ended up on the bars again.
Most people would be shaken – I mean, count how many spins she made, but not this super calm woman who simply exited the smashed GT-R as if nothing had happened, holding her belongings and even throwing her bag over her shoulder!
I don’t know about you, but she’s a winner in my book…
