Of all the online magazines and sites that have tried out the new 2014 Corvette Stingray, Edmunds is in a class of its own when it comes to seeing what Detroit’s newest sports car does against any kind of competition (well, we’re still waiting for…sub-compacts and minivans) on the track – just as long you don’t have high expectations in terms of a full depth review in said clips.
If you’ve seen all the previous tests with the SRT Viper, Nissan GT-R Track Edition, Porsche 911 Carrera S, BMW M3 E92 and the Shelby Mustang GT500, you should already know who the winner is between the 450hp Corvette C7 and the 321hp (325PS) Cayman S, in the eyes of Edmunds, at least.
There’s also a second video and while we know you may be tempted to think that it’s another Harlem Shake office creation upon clicking play, it’s a new segment called “Edmunds Live”, which tries to approach a more modern crowd in a “TMZ Live” kind of format. In it, and among other things, the crew from the online site talks about its recent tests with the Corvette C7.
You can watch both videos just past the jump.
