Much like exterior color choices, alloy wheels are a matter of personal taste, though, there’s something about sports cars in dark shades with polished (not chrome) or satin rims that has a wide, and dare we say, global appeal.
After Vossen Wheels’ take on the 2014 Corvette Stingray, it’s time we showed you what HRE Wheels has come up with for GM’s sports coupe.
In these pictures, the C7 is wearing HRE’s 590RS Series rims with a polished finish in unspecified dimensions, and the note that in one of the photos, the Corvette’s ride height has been lowered “via Photoshop”.
The aftermarket firm says that the 590RS series is available in 18-inch, 19-inch and 20-inch sizes and a choice of 21 different shades ranging from polished and satin silver to satin bronze and gloss black.
