Technically, the winter season in Russia begins in December, but there’s nothing really autumny about the weather right now in Khabarovsk, a city located some 30 kilometers or 19 miles from the Chinese border, where there’s plenty of snow with freezing temperatures of around 19 Fahrenheit or -7 Celsius (last we checked).

And naturally, when the white flakes begin to fall from the sky and fill the land and roads below, the cameras come out to record all the troublesome (for motorists) and amusing (for sofa and office chair viewers) incidents that take place during these harsh weather times.
