Teenage pop star and…serial egg killer Justin Bieber has done it again. The Beebs was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI) and drag racing an allegedly rented yellow Lamborghini Gallardo Roadster against a red Ferrari 430 Spider in Miami Beach in the early morning hours of Thursday.

According to TMZ, which obtained footage from of the Lamborghini being pulled over, cops noted that Bieber was “wasted and resisted arrest”. The website added that, aside from the DUI, resisting arrest without violence and drag racing charges, the 19-year old singer was also busted for driving on an expired license.

Bieber was taken into custody at around 4:00 am in the morning, Miami Beach Police Detective Vivian Hernandez told the Daily News. “For his DUI charge it’s going to be a combination of alcohol and narcotics,” she said.

The driver of the red Ferrari has been identified by Miami Beach Police as aspiring rapper Khalil Amir Shareiff, who was also charged with DUI.

Update: TMZ secured the Police report on the incident. Here’s an extract:

“I caught up to the yellow Lamborgini and initiated a traffic stop,” stated the arresting officer in his report.

“I approached the vehicle on the driver side. I asked the driver to place the vehicle in park. At this time, the driver began to state: “Why did you stop me”. I explained to the driver that he was stopped because he was drag racing with the other Lamborghini [ed. note: it was a Ferrari]. I immediately smelled an odor of alcohol emanating from the driver’s breath and bloodshot eyes. The driver has slow deliberate movements and stuper look on his face. These are all indications of an impaired driver,” wrote the officer.

“I asked the driver to exit the vehicle to continue my investigation of a possible impaired driver. The driver stated: ‘Why the f…ck are you doing this?’ Finally, the driver exited the vehicle as he kept going into his pants pockets. I asked the driver to not go into his pockets for my safety and his,” the cop continued.

“Fearing that the driver might have a weapon or contraband, I asked the driver to place his hands on his vehicle in order to facilitate a cursory patdown for weapons. The driver stated: ‘What the f…ck did I do, why did you stop me’. Again, I asked the driver to place his hands on the vehicle. The driver complied but took his hands off the vehicle soon after and turned around to face me. Again, I asked the driver to not take his hands off his car and to look forward because I was going to perform cursory patdown,” the police officer noted.

“The driver stated: ‘I ain’t got no f…cking weapons, why do you have to search me, what the f…ck is this all about?’ I advised the driver that if he continued to take his hands off the vehicle, he would be subject to arrest. The driver again turned around to face me. At this time, I grabbed his right hand and stated to him that he was under arrest. The driver began to resist me by pulling his arm away as he stated: ‘What the f…ck are you doing’. I advised the driver not to restis and with the assistance of OFC Molina and OFC Socarras, we placed him into custody with no further incident”.
