Kia has announced a new “VR7” equipment grade available for its Picanto, Rio and Cee’d models in the UK. VR7 models get a higher level of standard equipment and are available with discounts of up to £1,000, a rate 4.9 percent APR finance deals and the option of a Care-3 all-inclusive servicing package for £99.
All VR7 models share the same key specification. Interior extras include air conditioning, leather trimmed steering wheel and gearshift, Bluetooth Connectivity and USB & AUX ports, while exterior features include alloy wheels, reversing sensors, electrically adjustable heated door mirrors and electric front and rear windows.
The Kia Picanto VR7, available either as a 3-door 1.0 68hp or a 5-door 1.0 84hp, brings further features such as ABS with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (ESB), Brake-Assist System (BAS), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), six airbags and Hill-start Assist control (HAC). Additional exterior extras include silver finished interior door handles, chrome exterior door handles, premium black upholstery and a black radiator grille.
The Kia Rio VR7 range also includes 3-door and 5-door models and features additional exterior extras including body-colored bumpers, exterior door handles and door mirrors, as well as ESC, VSM, HAC and Anti-theft Alarm System.
Finally, the Kia Cee’d VR7 range includes the Pro_Cee’d, Cee’d 5-door and Cee’d Sportswagon. The Pro_Cee’d adds 16-inch alloy wheels, black “abtract” cloth, steering wheel mounted controls and a rear spoiler.
Additional extras for the Kia Cee’d 5-door and Cee’d Sportswagon VR7 models include a rear spoiler, projection headlights, front fog lights and daytime running lights, as well as safety features such as emergency stop signalling, ESC, VSM, ABS (Anti Brake System) and HAC.
