Hennessey Performance, one of the biggest engine-tuning names on this side of the pond, has dropped three videos of its most recent creations, including the 2014 Chevrolet SS HPE600, the Corvette C7 HPE700 Twin Turbo and the Lexus LX570 HPE500.
The Aussie-built Chevy SS with the tuner’s supercharger package pushes the 6.2-liter V8 engine’s output to a round figure of 600-horses at 6,300 rpm, with the HPE600 sports sedan running the quarter mile in 11.84 seconds at an exit speed of 117mph (188.3 km/h).
Hennessey also placed its 2014 Corvette Stingray C7 with the HPE700 twin-turbocharger upgrade on the dyno, where it laid down 608-rear wheel horsepower (708hp on the crank).
Finally, the third clip shows the 500h and 530 lb-ft (718Nm) supercharged 2014 Lexus LX570 on the dyno, as well as on the road racing against a stock version of the Japanese firm’s 383hp 5.7-liter V8 SUV.
