With no mention of an M4 Gran Coupe, BMW will probably be playing its cards with only two models: if you want four doors, you get the M3, and if you don’t, you just jump into the two-door M4 Coupe.
However, while I find the new 4-Series Gran Coupe a pointless car in every respect, it is definitely much better looking than the regular 3-Series, so it would still be nice to see what it looked like all dressed up in M-guise.
The rendering you see below, created by X-Tomi, grafts the new M-cars’ face onto the four-door 4 and the end result is an even more handsome sedan than the regular M3, albeit one that’s barely noticeably different, at least from the front…
You don’t have to wait for BMW to deny, then confirm this (if they do, that is), then sit around while and have them to leak a handful of shots of it a few days before the planned reveal – the photo attached below is exactly what it will look like more or less, so you need wonder no more.
