Once you click play, you’ll notice a person walking in the upper part of the frame who gets hit in the face by the big wake of snow created by a passing snow plough-equipped truck. The force of the flurry is such that it immediately sends the pedestrian to the ground.
The incident recently took place on an unspecified New Jersey street and was caught on a nearby security camera. It’s an unusual one, and I think the fault is with the plough driver, who should have been aware that there was action on the sidewalk and slow down.
