There are plenty of tuning names heading to this year’s Geneva Motor Show to display their most recent goods, including Piecha Design that will hold the world premiere of the Mercedes-Benz SL Avalange GT-R.
Teased in these (obviously photoshoped) images, the Avalange GT-R tune for the current generation of the SL codenamed R231 (built from 2012 and onwards), comprises both styling and performance upgrades, though, Piecha Design is only sharing some details about the cosmetic tweaks leaving the rest for the Swiss show.
These body modification include restyled bumpers, the rear with a new diffuser and different tailpipes, rocker panels, boot spoiler, front grille and a set of bigger alloy wheels.
“There will be electronic modules, such as a suspension module, light module , Power Converter , roof module etc. Details are to be provided for premiere in April,” the company said in an email statement.
Prices will start from €12,000 or about US$16,500 at the current exchange rates only for the aero kit parts and excluding assembly and painting, and will head north from there, depending on what other options you choose.
