Audi woke from its beauty sleep and provided us with two more sketches of the new TT Coupe depicting the front and rear LED light clusters, along with the usual press kit blurb about the design this morning.
The release doesn’t add anything important to our bucket of knowledge on the new TT – unless you appreciate reading details about how the central positioning of the four rings on the front grille echoes the R8 and how the “shape of the C-pillar, with a slight kink, gives the TT a powerful, athletic look and enhances the impression of tension”.
In other words, there’s nothing in there about the stuff we’re more interested in as the rumored weight reduction and the renewed powerplant lineup, all of which should be shared with us right before or during the first press days of the Geneva Motor Show next month.
