Yes, yes we know GM is blatantly promoting its automotive goods in yet another Hollywood blockbuster movie, this time, in the upcoming second installment of Captain America dubbed “The Winter Soldier”. However, you have to admit, Scarlett Johansson, who reprises her role as sexy Russian spy Natasha Romanoff or Black Widow, does look good in the blacked-out Corvette Stingray.
The reason why we’re telling you all this is that GM dropped the first photo of the car with the Black Widow sitting behind the wheel, while also informing us that the movie car will be making its first public appearance at the 2014 Chicago Auto Show on Thursday.
Joining the Stingray at Chevy’s stand will be 14 more cars and trucks, ranging from the new Corvette Z06 and C7.R, to the Camaro Z/28, the latest additions to the Silverado range and the Sonic RS in the new Blue Topaz color.
For the actual Captain America movie, you’ll have to wait a little bit longer, as it isn’t due to hit theaters until April 4, but you can get a taste of the film in the freshly released second trailer after the break.
