The way Consumer Reports tests its cars is what gives the conclusions that they draw credibility. Their recommended buys come with the promise of having been thoroughly tested after having been anonymously purchased from a dealer.
Recently, they’ve made many short videos showcasing the top vehicles in a certain class, and the latest one they are tackling is a very difficult and competitive one: midsize SUVs.
However, when it comes to this type of vehicle, it’s easier to split the ones currently on offer based on customer needs. For instance, a Jeep Grand Cherokee would not fill the same needs as a Ford Flex, though they can both be mentioned in the same company.
