Looking at the camouflaged A6 pictured here and knowing how Audi’s styling department works these days, I imagine one could easily pass these photos for the next generation C8, but it’s not; what we have here is an oh, so miniscule facelift for the current model that should be presented before the year’s end– possibly in Paris this September.
In typical (unadventurous) Audi fashion, the makeover is all about tweaking the design details of the car’s front and rear ends, including the headlamps, rear light clusters, bumpers and front grille, all of which will bear a closer resemblance to the brand’s most recent product introductions.
Inside, some trim updates along with new standard and optional technology features are expected to become available.
We’ll wrap this up here before we bore you to death with all these exciting details on the A6 by saying that, Audi will likely make some changes to the powertrains as well.
