Peugeot’s runaway success, the 2008 compact crossover that has already sold more than 100,000 units about a year after launch, has received a virtual makeover of the very (very) light kind from Photoshop-manipulator Cavalino, who tells us that the changes were “made with elements from the 2008 DKR racecar”.

What this translates to is the repositioning of the Peugeot lion logo from the top of the hood to the center of the newly styled grilled and the same thinner lights used on the 2008 Rally Dakar fighter that made its debut at the Beijing Auto Show.

If you spotted these changes without reading the text or comparing the altered photo with the original one, you should really look into your Peugeot obsession…
