It’s that happy time of the year for convertible owners in the Northern hemisphere when they can at long last drop down the tops of their cars to enjoy the warmth of spring.
ABT says it has a little something to offer to RS5 Cabriolet drivers for this season starting with the removal of the 250km/h (155mph) speed limiter that allows the soft-top to reach speeds of up to 290km/h (180mph).
The German tuner’s collection for 2014 also includes a new stainless-steel muffler system that promises to make the 444hp (450PS) 4.2 liter naturally-aspirated V8 sound even more sonorous, a height adjustable suspension kit and a fresh assortment of 19- and 20-inch alloy wheels with sports tires in sizes 255/35 R19 or 275/30 R20 respectively.
New fender inserts are also available.
