Every year about this time, the German city of Fulda prepares to host the annual RETTmobil show, Europe’s largest trade fair for emergency services and mobility. BMW has been an active player at the show, having presented some interesting vehicles over the years, such as the 406PS X6 ambulance (don’t ask about a stretcher).
For the 2014 event that runs from May 14 to 16, the Bavarian group says it readied a number of cars, including an X3 facelift and an X5 (possibly the diesel-powered X5 M50d given the aero kit and wheels) specially modified for use by paramedics.
BMW didn’t share any specific details about its range of cars and, as we can see in one of the press shots, motorcycles too, but if they’re of any interest to you, we should learn more in the coming days.
