Hennessey’s VR1200 kit for older-gen Cadillac CTS-V models turns these cars into straight line monsters capable of doing the quarter mile in the eyebrow raising time of ten seconds, or thereabout, depending on the chosen body style.
However, even if the numbers on the official site are for the coupe model, the estate seen in the video below can’t leave its owners wanting for more power. Strapped to the dyno, it lets everybody know that it’s putting out exactly 1,054 hp at the rear wheels.
Cool car, cool mods, but not very practical to go this far with the power hike… Hennessey offers VR600, 650, 800 or 1000 kits and it’s probably the ones in the middle that make the most sense.
Besides, the company announced that it was only making 12 VR1200 models, so why bother with exclusivity when all you want is extra power?
