The people behind Ken Block’s Gymkhana videos probably looked back at all they had achieved, and tried to figure out what they hadn’t done that still warranted a try… Words that popped up on their list were two words: darkness and lasers.
Those two represent the central motif for the upcoming video featuring Block and his car control skills. Additional drivers were brought in too, like Adrian Zaugg from South Africa, or Brazil’s Augusto Farfus and Germany’s Mike Rockenfeller, who won both his local touring championship and the Le Mans race in 2008.
The teaser video looks like a cross between the laser-dodging scene from Ocean’s Eleven crossed with Block’s usual style of videos.
