Apparently, all it takes to become a taxicab in Ukraine is to place a magnetic sign on the roof of your car and you’re all set, because that’s the only insignia we see on the BMW 320d E46 sedan that crashed in the city of Lviv (according to our tipster).
The guy in the BMW was weaving through traffic as if he was playing a racing game until what looks like an (illegally?) parked car on the right lane put an end to his speedy run.
