You’ll be hard pressed to find another car that shaped the production and motorsports history of its maker as much as the Quattro or Ur-Quattro did for Audi back in the beginning of the 1980s, yet it seems that this legendary name has somehow escaped the attention of driving enthusiasts and car collectors.

That’s not necessarily a bad thing for buyers, as you can find good examples of the original Quattro at fairly reasonable prices compared to other classic sports cars.

This black-colored version of Audi’s 197hp (200PS) 2.2-liter 5-cylinder turbocharged model has clocked 80,358 miles (129,296 km) since the original owner brought it brand new from New York in 1984. Now, it’s currently located in Toronto, Canada.

“Car is in great condition, repainted in original Montego Black sometime before importation to Canada so more than 9 years ago, still shines lovely and shows only couple of small chips,” says the seller.

The ‘Buy it Now’ price on eBay is $25,000, but since the owner is accepting bids, you could probably get it for less.
