Specialty tuner Brabus has put its touch on the new generation Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan codenamed W205, with a throng of aerodynamic and performance goods.
First to hit the market is a styling kit for the C-Class in standard and Avantgarde specification with or without the Exclusive package.
It includes a Brabus-specific front grille, a wraparound front lip spoiler, air intake trims for the front bumper, rocker panels optionally available with integrated LED entry lights, a rear diffuser and a discreet trunk lid spoiler.
You can choose from different tire and wheel combinations in diameters of 18, 19 and 20 inches, the latter in Continental, Pirelli or YOKOHAMA rubber 225/35 ZR 20 front and 255/30 ZR 20 rear.
A quad-pipe sports exhaust system and a lowering kit developed in partnership with Bilstein are also on offer.
At this stage, there are two available power tune-ups, beginning with the B20.2 kit for the gasoline-powered C200 that lifts output by 41PS (40hp) and 30Nm (22 lb-ft) to 225PS (222hp) and 330Nm for a 0-100km/h (62mph) in 7.0 sec and a top speed of 242km/h (150mph).
The other package is the D3 for the C220 BlueTEC diesel, which adds 50PS (48hp) and 50Nm for a total of 220PS (217hp) and 450 Nm (332 lb-ft), cutting the 0-100km/h acceleration time to 7.1 seconds and increasing top speed to 240km/h (149mph).
Interior refinements include custom leather and Alcantara wraps and a variety of accessories such as unique aluminum pedals.
