So, this 1932 Ford Highboy Roadster is the very car to have been featured on the cover of the fourth issue of Hot Rod magazine, released back in 1948. Now owned by collector and Bruce Meyer, it’s been brought back to its original state, and it really is a stunner.
From the extra-low stance, created by notching the frame (a practice that at the time was still in its infancy among the hot rod crowd), to the hidden door hinges and radiator cap, this is a brilliant looking machine, even compared to the retro-looking hot rods being made today…
