ABT comes to save the day for those who find the stock Audi S1’s 228hp (231PS) to be a little on the slow side.
The kit lifts the 2.0-liter turbocharged four’s output to 306hp (310PS) with torque pushed from 370Nm (273 lb-ft) to 440Nm (324 lb-ft).
The German tuner doesn’t say how it affects the all-wheel drive S1’s acceleration times, but we gather it should improve upon the standard three-door model’s 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint time of 5.8 seconds.
Adding to the engine upgrade is a suspension kit that lowers the ride height by a significant 30mm and promises to improve handling together with the new 18-inch alloy wheels in matte titanium or gunmetal grey wrapped around tires 225/35.
Other tidbits include the ABT fender inserts, floor mats and interior lighting package.
