A BMW 3-Series driver from Moldova deliberately ran over a pedestrian because in his or her mind, he was walking too slowly and/or being obnoxious.
From the dashcam footage, it seems like the three young men might have had a drink or two with one of them holding what appears to be a beer bottle in his hand, but it’s not like they were dragging their feet or being overtly aggressive, and they were walking on the zebra crossing.
When the person with the bottle signaled the BMW driver to pass through, he turned his steering wheel and knocked him down cold before driving away.
The condition of the pedestrian remains unknown.
