Shooting Brake-style cars are gaining momentum to the point that some brands are giving them a go in more mainstream categories like Mercedes-Benz and its upcoming CLA Shooting Brake.
Think of Shooting Brake cars as the estate equivalents of “four-door coupes” and a way for luxury automakers to serve a more practical body style to their clientele without using the dreaded Station Wagon moniker.
Aston Martin is no stranger to Shooting Brake models, and it would make perfect sense for the brand to give its limited production Lagonda a second run after it completes deliveries of the saloon.
Of course, this is just us speaking our mind, as no such decision has been made – for all we know, the sedan will be the only Lagonda model, but if Aston Martin happens to consider the addition, here’s a rendering from Remco Meulendijk to see what it may look like.
