Our gut feeling from previous experience says the new Mazda MX-5 roadster will become one of the most tuned cars of our days.

We’re still far off from official aftermarket parts, as the roadster itself is still undergoing development and won’t be available until next year – Mazda hasn’t given a date yet, but we suspect that it should go on sale during the second or third quarter of 2015.

In the meantime, amateur and professional Photoshop manipulators will go nuts with their imagination. Two of the first samples come from Hugo Silva and Ollie Evans.

Portuguese designer Silva created the sinister looking black MX-5 with swollen wheel arches and a body slammed to the ground, while Evans imagined the new Miata as a cup racer.
