The weekend leak of a single photo of the facelifted 2015 CR-V prompted Honda to make it official, albeit without sharing many details.
Honda mentioned that the 2015 CR-V’s “new aggressive and bold appearance with unique Honda style portends the significant enhancements” made to the car, adding that it will be revealed in full on September 30 with U.S. sales to start on October 1.
Evidently, the car pictured here is the North American version, and it gets new headlamps with LEDs, similar, if not identical, in shape and styling to the European-spec car, together with a redesigned bumper featuring new fog lamps and a different grille.
With the Paris motor show around the corner, it shouldn’t be long before we find out if Honda will update the European model as well.
