A Russian trucker had a lot explaining to do when the tank he was carrying fell off the vehicle after taking a tight turn faster that what the conditions safely allowed.
The tank tipped over and fell on its side, fortunately, outside the road without hurting anyone.
As reported by the traffic police in the Omsk region, the driver, who was transferring the T-72B battle tank for some light repairs, did not have the necessary license to transport such heavy cargo.
He was fined 500 Rubles, which may sound like a big number, but at today’s exchange rates, is equates to just $13 or €10.
