Saleen is still holding back on the real-life visuals, but after releasing a profile render earlier today, they announced details for their 2015 Mustang S302 .
The Saleen S302 is based on the Mustang GT with a 435hp and 400 lb-ft 5.0-liter V8 and is offered in three grades with the base White Label model nudging the output of the naturally aspirated engine up to 450hp and 410 lb-ft.
The Yellow and Black Label editions both gain a supercharger with low-pressure intercoolers pushing those numbers to 640hp and 565 lb-ft.
All models are available with either a six-speed manual with a short-throw shifter or an automatic, and come with a tuned suspension, 20-inch wheels, high-po exhaust system, limited slip differential and numerous exterior and interior appointments.
For the most part, the supercharged Yellow Label is identical to the base White Label sans some minor upgrades like the twin gauge pod.
If you want the full flavor, you’ll have to go for the Black Label that adds things like a high volume intercooler water pump, different fascia, LED lights, side skirts, deck lid insert, rear diffuser, sway bars, Alcantara sport seats etc.
Saleen hasn’t shown the car in real life, but it’s already taking reservations for the S302 Mustang requiring a $2,015 deposit.
