While it’s not yet known if the Buick Envision, recently revealed and currently only set to be made in (and for) China, will be made available in other markets, this rendering shows what an Opel-badged variant could look like.
It’s a perfect candidate for a new Opel Antara SUV in Europe.
RM Design didn’t do all that much to the shape, simply changing the front bumper, headlights and grille, but that’s quite realistic since GM would do the exact same thing – the minimum number of changes that would make it be perceived as a different model.
Looks wise, it’s as good as the Buick variant, if a bit less flashy by ditching some of the chrome, otherwise being identical. It’s not a vehicle you buy based on its design, and only needs to not be offensive – this rendered interpretation nails it.
