I know, it looks like one of those colorfully decorated trucks we see in documentaries about India, but there’s nothing remotely cute or funny about this wild Juke R.
That “R” in its name comes from “GT-R”, as in Nissan’s insanely fast sports car, and it’s the work of Russian tuning outfit Shpilli Villi Engineering.
As if the regular GT-R’s twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V6 wasn’t powerful enough, the Russians tuned it to deliver around 800-horses with a nitro shot adding another 200hp; that’s 1,000 horsepower ladies and gents!
Not to be confused with the original Juke R, the custom-made crossover has suspension and chassis parts sourced from the GT-R and it allows the driver to switch from AWD to RWD. It tips the scales at 1,600kg or around 3,527 pounds.
You can see how fast it goes in the video after the break.
H/T to GTSpirit!
