Bugatti was represented today at the VW Group Night meeting in Paris with the sixth and final ‘Legends’ series Veyron, dedicated to the brand’s founder Ettore Bugatti.
The last special edition model will have its European premiere at the Paris Auto Show following its debut at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in August. Only three vehicles will be built for each of the six Limited series models, but you can’t get a new one as they were sold out even before the final model was unveiled.
According to Bugatti’s count, fewer than 20 Veyrons remain available for customers, all of which are Roadsters, before it completes production of the car that is limited to 450 units in total, including 300 examples of the already sold-out coupe and 150 roadsters.
If you don’t get your name in the list, you’ll be pleased to know that Bugatti is already working on a new model, though, we it still won’t tell us what it is.
“The next Bugatti will, without compromise, again take its position at the very top of the automotive world,” Bugatti President Wolfgang Dürheimer told some 1,000 guests at the VW Group Night. “The world’s most demanding automobile connoisseurs will continue to find the automotive grail at Bugatti.”
