One cannot help but be excited at the prospect of hearing Jay Leno talk more about cars; his passion is contagious and his very high knowledge-ability means you learn something new from nearly every one of his videos.
Now, CNBC has revealed more details about his proposed new car show that’s set to debut in 2015.
The video announcement, which is posted below, explains the show will take place in Jay’s garage and that it will focus on “car stories, history, driving and investing.” We noted a strong emphasis on the latter (investing), and there’s an excerpt in the video which has Leno talk about how much the value of his McLaren F1 has appreciated and how cars are as good an investment as anything else (he uses art as an example).
The subjects of Tesla and Elon Musk are also alluded, and as we know Leno is a proponent of EVs, he’s keen to emphasize how hard it is to get a new automaker off the ground, let alone one that sells not-so-mainstream EVs…
