The mildly refreshed 2015 Kia Rio emerged into the limelight at the 2014 Paris Auto Show ahead of a sales launch early next year.
Along with a revised version of Kia’s “tiger-nose” grille, the Rio gets a pair of what we assume the Koreans call “tiger paw” trim accents on the newly styled bumper. Pay close attention and you might just notice the new rear bumper, tweaked tail lamp graphics and the fresh alloy wheel designs.
For the interior, Kia added chrome time accents around the air vents and made some changes to the center console, including the introduction of a new radio and infotainment system with a 7-inch display, while also improving the standard equipment.
Nothing changes under the hood where the Rio offers a choice of diesel and petrol engines ranging in power from 75PS (74hp) to 109PS (108hp).
