If we had to pick one motorsports livery for any Porsche model, that would have to be Martini Racing with its legendary blue and red stripes that hark back to the carmaker’s Le Mans entries in the 1970s.
If it was up to us, we’d use the Italian beverage company’s colors on a white or black body, just like Porsche did with the limited edition 911 S Martini Racing models in the summer. On a yellow 911? We’d probably avoid it…
Surprisingly, the livery looks good even on the Macan SUV, as evidenced by these photos of a Martini Racing gathering of 10 cars in the Russian city of Sochi, with a pair of 911s, a few Cayennes and a couple of Panamera sedans.
Porsche didn’t say if the cars were made in private by their respective owners or if it helped out through its Exclusive individual program.
