Rolls-Royce, two Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedans and G-Class SUV, along with five different Porsche sports cars burned to the ground in a fire that broke out at a Moscow parking lot last night.
Carscoops’ tipster Alexander tells us that all twelve vehicles that are believed to be worth around 150 million RUB or about $3.3 million, belonged to the same construction company named “Sinus”.
While all luxury cars were destroyed, ground firefighters with the help of four helicopters dropping some 200 tons (!) of water from the air were able to extinguish the raging flames.
A law enforcement source told Russian news agency Tass that the cause of the fire could be arson, but an investigation is still pending.
Hat tip to Alexander!
