Ford has confirmed pricing of its new-gen 2015 Edge that goes on sale early next year starting from $28,995 with destination, meaning it keeps the same entry price as the outgoing model.
According to Automobile, the SEL starts at $32,395 , the Titanium from $36,495 and the Sport from $38,995, with all prices including an $895 destination fee.
The SE, SEL and Titanium models come equipped with a standard 2.0-liter turbocharged four producing 245 horsepower and 270 lb.-ft. of torque, and an optional naturally aspirated 3.5-liter V6 for an extra $425 , while the Sport will be available exclusively with a 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 estimated to deliver more than 300 horses.
All-wheel drive will cost you another $1,995 for both the 2.0-liter EcoBoost and 3.5-liter V6 models, while Ford will offer several optional packages such as the SEL’s $1,395 Technology Package and the Titanium’s $1,800 Driver’s Package with active safety features.
